What will the role look like?

As an Inside Sales Representative you will work with Business Development and Account Management Sales Executive, perform initial outreach based on Regional Sales strategy to potential clients to promote TBE’s services/sales. You will:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers by calling and emailing prospects, schedule initial presentation conference calls, face to face meetings with a clients, handle standard objections or provide additional information to their organization via e-mail, fax, or standard mail.
  • Close deals with perspective clients over the phone
  • Prospect for clients within the respective time zone for your region
  • Achieve all performance metrics associated with position.
  • Deliver quotes/proposals where applicable.
  • Follow-up with prospects who requested information to answer any questions about the program.
  • Follow up on leads forwarded by Marketing based on documented process.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to conduct follow up activities following sales meetings.
  • Submits a daily activity report to the manager.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and weekly training.
  • Participate in training of new hires.
  • Special projects assigned by the manager.
  • Responsible to ensure all deal information is entered into Salesforce in a timely manner.

  • Ability to work autonomously or in team environment
  • Flexibility in work hours which is dependent on time zone/ region
  • Minimum of 3 years of outbound sales calling experience
  • High energy with a consistently positive attitude
  • Ability to work well with a wide range of people
  • Strong follow up skills and persistence in getting to the right people
  • Effectively message, position and present information for client impact and influence
  • Successfully negotiate complex internal operating environments with a high level of collaboration.
