We are seeking experienced and motivated Account Managers to join our team and help grow our business.

  • 1 + years of experience in sales and customer service is a prefered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales skills, with a focus on achieving targets and generating revenue.
  • Knowledge of precious metals products, including coins and bullion, is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.


  • Proactively sell coins and bullion to new and existing customers over the phone.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and expert advice.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and order fulfillment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
