- Void where prohibited by law.
- The giveaway is valid for the calendar month in which you enter.
- Entries do not roll over into future giveaways.
- To enter, sign up for Texas Bullion Exchange SMS and email marketing during the applicable entry period.
- Limit one (1) entry per customer per giveaway period.
- You must remain subscribed at the time of the drawing to be eligible.
- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
- The drawing will take place on the 1st day of the following month.

- If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, another winner may be selected.
